1) During the mold design, we study customers’standards carefully & make mold flow
    analysis to avoid potential issues.

2) Before Machining, we carefully measure each component of the mold drawings with
    CMM to make sure every machining is right.

3) Before mold trial, we carefully check the overall function & structure of the mold.

4) After the mold trial, we test the samples, submit CMM report, and send samples to
    customer.

5) Adjust the mold by the feedback from customers, and re-send samples to customer
    for final approval

6) Provide Tool Maintenance Checklist to the mold user.
